I want to buy something in your store but don't have the money right now will you put it on hold for me?
I will do this for a return customer who has shown me they are seriously interested in items by buying them and making the transaction easy. But it depends on how long you want me to hold it for. 48 hours on very popular items other less popular ones may be negotiated to be held for up to a week. I will email you an hour before your hold time is up if you do not email me first asking to put it back up for purchase.
If you are a new customer I may hold an item for you that is less popular. I will hold it for 24 hours at a time up to a week but every 24 hours you must email me to reassure me of your continued interest.
I searched my category and it exists but there are no products why?
Either I currently have nothing to offer in that category or I have not yet been able to put the products in my store that I do have for that category.

Of course. I would be happy to find a product for you. I will charge a fee depending on the item, how much it costs, and how hard it is to find. I am a reasonable merchant and we can always negotiate a price.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. I do not have time for the hassles of customs paperwork and such.
I made the mistake of offering an item to someone in switzerland before knowing what was involved in shipping internationally.
I may eventually offer international shipping but I need to know that I can profit in the US before shipping anywhere else.
Can I get combined shipping?
Yes. Send me an email... I have not figured out the set up of the store and how to do it automatically yet. I will just have to give you a partial refund to get you a discount on shipping.
I will give you a partial refund as soon as I package your order and get the postage paid. This is just to be sure I don't give you a discount and end up having to pay more than you paid me for shipping afterwards.
How long have you been selling?
I am new to selling and I actually started on Ebay just about 2 months ago. Ebay fees are too high and their listings are too short so I just switched over to this store set up last night(Today being monday the 28th of April, 2008).

How do I know I can trust you?
Well I do payments through paypal so you can dispute the payment if you do not receive the item. That will not happen if I have anything to do with it. But I am letting you know that so you can feel better about paying for something that offer without knowing if I'm trustworthy or not.

You can check that for feedback from my store customers in the future though nothing is there yet.
Aside from that I am a very open and honest person. If you have questions just ask. I will try to get my ebay customers to leave feedback on my store page now too so you can see that I am an honest seller.

Of course. Now will I automatically accept it? no but I will consider any reasonable offers. Just email me at email@example.com with the product name and a link to it if you can. Then tell me what you would like to offer. If I feel it is reasonable I will change the price so you can purchase it. I will send you an email before I do this so you know to check back.
Where are you located? Can I pick items up from you?
I am located in Waterford, MI, USA. You may pick up if you wish but I will still charge a minimum of $1 per item just for having to set up the time to be here and wait for you. If you do not show up and do not give me some prior notice or reasonable explanation afterwards I will not arrange another pickup. You will still have to pay through paypal prior to pickup. If you do not show I will refund all but $1 as payment for the inconvenience.
